What makes Indian blogs different? The Web needs a different point of view. "Indian blogs" are different from "blogs by Indians residing in America". We need more 100% Indian blogs on the Net. They will carry a wholly different perspective arising from entirely different experiences.

There are millions of people sharing natively American experiences and attitudes out there on the Web, but if Indians (and other cultures) come up with quality journals, the WWW will do justice to its name by being truly World Wide. This issue is very close to my heart.

I was feeling culturally isolated out here in cyberspace until I discovered Full TP and Prakash. And of course, my good old friend, Bhaskar. And my dear ceres.

That's five of us representing a sixth of the World's population? This is just like the Olympics.
